Introduction to Edge Operations

The introductory class is everything you need to get up and running efficiently with the EDGE. The class consists of two full days at our fully equipped training room. The course covers setup, customization, inventory, customers, POS, basic reporting and management and much more.

Advanced Topics in Edge Operations

The advanced topics class is intended for Edge users who have mastered the basics of Edge operations. This class will be divided into six-to-eight topic units so that attendees can come and go according to their needs. This class will be offered three times this year, and the daily topic schedule will be rotated so that attendees can choose the date that best suits their needs.

Retail Management with The Edge

The management class is intended for owners and/or store managers. You will learn the sound retail proven concepts, philosophies, and methods that the EDGE is built on. You'll see negative impact old inventory has on your business and learn how to minimize that impact. You'll see how productive new inventory is and how to keep reorders of fast selling items streaming in. You'll learn how to buy better, improve gross margins and cash flow. You'll find out who your top customers are and how very important they are to your business, You learn how effortlessly you can stay in touch with them and why you should. You'll learn how to measure your advertising success and make sure you're getting the most bang for your buck. You'll see how your staff is performing and schedule them more effectively. Participants should bring a copy of their Edge database.
