Edge
Introductory Training Path
The Edge introductory training path includes 2 courses, Edge 101 and Edge
102. With the purchase of the
Edge you receive one seat in Edge 101 and Edge 102 for each store you
purchase.
Edge 101 is offered in either of the two following ways:
Edge 101 –
Edge 101 – Webinar (Online from anywhere)
Edge 102 is an online webinar to be taken approximately 5-6 weeks after
completing Edge 101.
Note: you will be enrolled in next available Edge 102
when you register for Edge 101
Cost Per Person: $750.00
**As part of your EDGE
purchase you will receive a free seat in the EDGE 101 (either Shelton or
Webinar) and the EDGE 102 class for each store purchased. Note: free
seat must be used with-in 6 months of your Edge purchase.

Edge 101 -
Strategies necessary to get the EDGE up and running and maintain daily
functions of the store. The course covers setup, customization, inventory,
customers, POS, basic reporting and much more.
This
class is held in one of the training facilities in our office park in
This
is a 2 day class. The office will open at 8:30am EST for coffee, doughnuts
and bagels. Class will start at 9am EST both days and will run till 5pm EST.
For your greatest benefit, and out of courtesy to your fellow students,
please plan to arrive on time and stay until the class is completed. Please
consider arriving at the hotel on Sunday. If you cannot get a late flight
out on Tuesday, please consider a flight Wednesday morning.

You should have a car. There is no adequate cab or bus system in
the area. We urge you to bring or rent a car for the duration of your
stay.

Edge 101 -
Webinar

Edge 102 –
Webinar
This class is a follow up for the Edge 101.
Students who take Edge 101 should take this class approx 5-6 weeks
after the completion of Edge 101
**You will be automatically enrolled in the appropriate Edge 102
when you register for Edge 101.
Next
steps to conclude basic daily operations.
Online follow up 4 weeks after Edge 101 or Edge 101.b. This will
Recap 101 milestones & introduce the remaining basic daily functions.

Advanced Customer Webinar
Manage your customer records by gaining mastery of all customer
functionality in the Edge.
Explore best practices for keeping your customer records up-to-date

Edge 101 & 102 or Entrance exam

class is held online and can be taken from any computer that has High Speed
internet.
