Month End Reports

A battery of the most useful management reports. At a glance you'll see how much you did at retail, how much discount was given and what your gross profit margin was. You'll know how much inventory was added in the past month, how much was sold and what the current value is. 

You know what category (i.e. engagement rings, diamond earrings, ladies Seiko watches, etc) and price points are propelling your sales. You'll see how aged merchandise is performing versus newer goods, which vendors are performing, which are not.

ROI Reports

There are three ROI (return on investment) reports produced by the system. One is by category, one by vendor and another by age. The best form of comparison a retailer can have.

When you'd like to know how the product in category X is performing relative to category Y this report puts it into perspective without regard to the investment amounts in each.

Seeing the ROI generated by old inventory compared to new is a real eye-opener that will discourage you from letting your inventory age too long.

ROI by vendor enables you to do an objective comparison of the vendor who has $25,000 worth of product in your store to the one with $3000. You may be very surprised! 

Advertising Analysis

Learn why your customers are coming in. Are the responding to print ads or to the cable TV campaign. Is direct mail producing more than those expensive radio ads. Get the answers you need to make sound decisions in this area.
